Supplier Setup & Data Analyst Join a growing organization where accuracy, compliance, and data integrity are critical to operational success. We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Setup & Data Analyst to support supplier onboarding and maintenance processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of supplier data across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage supplier setup and maintenance for both commodity and non-commodity vendors
- Review and validate documentation including W-9s, supplier setup forms, MSAs, invoices, and banking/contact information
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Verify critical supplier data such as tax ID, legal name, banking details, and contact information
- Enter and maintain supplier data across multiple systems (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, RightAngle, Allegro, Contract Logix, Supplier Portal)
- Generate and review system screenshots and validation records for accuracy and completeness
- Compile and audit document packages to ensure alignment with system data
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approval and validation of supplier setups
- Upload and maintain documentation within SharePoint and internal systems
- Support special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required 2-4+ years of experience in data validation, supplier onboarding, procurement, or administrative operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:- College coursework or degree
- Experience with supplier setup, procurement processes, or data validation workflows
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, RightAngle, Allegro, etc.)Experience in the energy or industrial industry
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Standard office environment with regular computer use
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of light office materials (up to 10 lbs)
