APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)$90,000 to $110,000. Fully remote. Virtually zero client site travel. Not a bad start for an Audit Senior position, is it? I'm working with a specialist CPA firm that's figured out something surprisingly useful. When you're auditing similar types of clients regularly, you can build proper processes around the work. Which means less reinventing the wheel, less unnecessary chaos and more time actually doing the job you're paid to do. The firm specialises in community association audits. They've invested in technology, structured processes and support to make managing multiple engagements more straightforward. Never audited a community association? Not a problem. If your background is in nonprofit, Single Audit, governmental or Employee Benefit Plan audits, your experience could translate really well. So, what's in it for you? You'll earn $90,000 to $110,000, work fully remotely from Florida or Texas and have virtually no client site travel. There's also a 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off and holidays. And importantly, there's no expectation to bring in new business. You'll own audits from planning through completion, work directly with clients, review and coach Staff Auditors and handle the more technically interesting areas yourself. This isn't a position where you simply clear review notes all day. The firm is growing nationally, investing in its people and creating opportunities for those who want to progress. Who would this suit? Someone with around 3+ years of public accounting audit experience who's comfortable managing engagements, reviewing staff work and keeping multiple jobs moving. You'll need a good understanding of US GAAP and GAAS, but you don't need experience auditing community associations. And the CPA?Lovely if you've got it. Absolutely fine if you haven't. If you're good at audit but could happily live without the commute, client site visits and unnecessary complications, this might be worth a conversation. Here’s the part most people get wrong: you don’t need to tick every box to introduce yourself. The apply button is not legally binding. Worst case? We chat, decide the timing isn’t right, and you carry on. Best case? You bag yourself a fantastic new position.
