Job Description: The Teacher of Science will inspire curiosity and deepen scientific understanding among students in Pennsauken, NJ. This role involves designing engaging, inclusive lessons that connect scientific concepts to real-world applications. The teacher will foster inquiry, critical thinking, collaboration, and responsible decision-making while supporting students' academic growth and encouraging lifelong interest in science.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver standards-aligned science instruction using hands-on experiments, inquiry-based learning, and appropriate educational technology. Assess student understanding through assignments, laboratory activities, projects, and formal evaluations, then adjust instruction as needed. Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement, curiosity, academic responsibility, and respect. Differentiate lessons and provide appropriate support or enrichment to address varied learning needs and abilities. Collaborate with colleagues, families, and school staff to support student progress and contribute to curriculum development and school initiatives.
