Concierge

Job Requirements: Sweetwater, the number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to hire a friendly, enthusiastic, and driven member to our Concierge staff! Our Sweetwater campus is designed to give the best experience possible to visitors and employees alike. Our 1 million square foot campus includes an incredible Music Store, recording studios, restaurant, coffee shop, performance pavilion, salon and spa, and so much more! The Concierge team is instrumental in providing our internal and external customers with the information necessary to enjoy our campus to the fullest. We are looking for members to join our Concierge team who can help us exemplify the Sweetwater Difference every day.

Job Responsibilities: Providing customers with quick and friendly service throughout all areas of the campus Developing relationships with visitors, vendors, and internal departments Arranging and providing campus tours for both small and large groups Assisting with the organization and facilitation of on campus events and ticket sales Ensuring that our lobbies and diner are always customer-ready Completing internal deliveries including office supplies, dry-cleaning, and packages Qualifications Passion for superb hospitality and customer service Dynamic and outgoing personality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work successfully and efficiently amidst interruptions or distractions, thriving in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment A hands-on, self-starter approach to projects and problem solving A positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexibility and adaptability to ensure internal and external customers receive the best experience Ability to stand for long periods of time Sweetwater "Ideal" Team-Player WOWs The Customer - Deep passion and desire for creating amazing customer & colleague experiences Get Things Done - Great work ethic and moves with a sense of urgency Obsesses over the Details – committed to paying attention to the details Drives Continuous Improvement – Always focusing on effective and efficient work and way to get better Develop the Future – committed to pursuit of growing personally & professionally and has a focuses on bringing your colleagues along with you on that journey We function best as a unified team, so relocation to our state-of-the-art campus in Fort Wayne, IN is required.
