Your Role:
As an Optometric Technician, you will:
Deliver patient-first customer service in every interaction.
Assist our optometrists in providing high-quality eye care.
Perform pre-testing procedures, including visual field testing and retinal imaging.
Guide patients through the examination process with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain and sanitize equipment to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Educate patients on eye care and contact lens use.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, engaging demeanor.
A genuine passion for healthcare and helping others.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work efficiently and independently, with consistent, reliable conduct.
Excellent writing skills.
Previous experience as an optometric technician is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate.
EMR experience and bilingual ability are also a plus.
