Business Development Manager

What you’ll do: Sell component repair, overhaul, and exchange services to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, government agencies, prime contractors, and defense operatorsSell military aircraft parts (new, overhauled, and serviceable) with full traceabilityDevelop and pursue FMS opportunities, working with U.S. implementing agencies (AFSAC, NIPO, USASAC) and allied government customersIdentify and respond to RFQs, RFPs, and solicitations on DLA DIBBS, SAM.gov, and other procurement platformsPrepare quotations by PN/NSN, coordinating pricing, TAT, and lead times with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and PurchasingDevelop and manage customer accounts, long-term repair programs, and the sales pipelineBuild relationships with maintenance depots, logistics centers, primes, and FMS customersRepresent RAM at customer meetings, trade shows, and defense industry eventsWhat we’re looking for: Experience selling MRO services and/or aircraft parts in the military, defense, or aviation aftermarketExperience developing programs or projects with the USAF, U.S. Navy, or U.S. Army is highly desiredExperience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, processes, or customers is a strong plusKnowledge of U.S. defense procurement: DLA, DIBBS, SAM.gov, FAR/DFARSFamiliarity with NSN/CAGE, part traceability (8130-3, CoC), and export compliance (ITAR/EAR) An existing network within the U.S. military, defense contractors, or MRO providers is a strong plus📍 Miami, Florida💼 Full-Time | On-Site✈️ Travel RequiredApply today and join RAM Aerospace & Defense Solutions.#AerospaceJobs #DefenseJobs #MilitaryAviation #Aerospace #BusinessDevelopment #SalesJobs #DefenseIndustry #AviationJobs #MiamiJobs #RAMAerospace
