Position Title: Key Holder Department: Store Operations Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Key Holder is responsible for supporting store management in the daily operation of the sporting goods store. This role serves as a leader on duty during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, supporting sales goals, and performing opening and closing procedures. The Key Holder helps create a positive shopping experience while promoting a team-oriented culture. Key Holders commonly oversee store opening and closing procedures, assist customers, support staff, and help maintain store security and operations.
