Princeton Innotech Inc, a company located in Princeton, NJ is looking for semiconductor process engineer/s and a test engineer (multiple openings) to work on their laser diodes (VCSELs and edge emitting lasers) projects in the areas of device processing. Princeton Innotech is working on a number of government contracts and major commercial projects to develop and manufacture very exciting high power diode laser technologies and are looking for people with background in semiconductor device processing and testing them ResponsibilitiesResearch and development on semiconductor devices including processing and testing of devices. We work in our own facilities in Princeton as well as in Princeton University and Univ of Pennsylvania nanofabrication facilities.
Qualifications:- Preferred candidates would have a BS, MS or PhD degree in Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Physics or Material Science with background of device processing on silicon or gallium arsenide devices or MEMS. While some industry experience would be preferred, fresh out of school candidates can also apply. · Proficiency in one or more of the computer design/simulation software for semiconductor devices· Some optics background would be a plus- particularly in the testing area, but not essential·
