Director of Culinary & Product Innovation (Pizza)

Buddy's Pizza in Farmington Hills, MI seeks a Director of Culinary / Corporate Executive Chef to unite restaurant and frozen product lines under one kitchen vision. You will own recipes, standards, and the pipeline from test kitchen to co-manufacturer, building new items, LTOs, and catering while ensuring cost targets and consistent quality. This role partners with operations, marketing, and purchasing to scale the brand across restaurants and retail, traveling as needed in the Detroit area.
