Fabricator Helper/Metal Grinder Local Pipe and Water Works Supply Company seeking a Fabricator Helper/Metal Grinder to join their team!
Location:
Pell City, AL Schedule: Monday Friday | 5:00 AM 1:30 PM Pay: $17.00 This company specializes in producing, repairing and fabricating metal parts used for the water department and other water works companies.
What You'll Do:- Assist in making and repairing metal parts and pipes
- Use tools to cut, bend, and put parts together
- Grind and smooth metal parts
- Check parts to make sure they are made correctly
- Read simple blueprints or drawings
- Keep a safe and clean work area
What We're Looking For:- Experience working with metal and tools
- Able to read drawings or blueprints
- Can lift 50 lbs over and over
- Know how to use measuring tools
