Leading a small team on various architectural projects, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Architect Manager will develop schematic designs, communicate with clients, and coordinate construction documents while offering flexibility for hybrid in-office and remote work.
Key responsibilities:
Develop schematic designs and coordinate production of construction documents
Communicate with client representatives and lead project coordination meetings
Perform construction administration duties and participate in marketing effortsRequired qualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture
5+ years of related experience in construction documents and administration
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio, and MS Teams
Familiarity with building codes and engineering systems
Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred
