Senior Budget & Financial Manager – Navy PPBE Lead

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a Senior Management Analyst to lead financial management support for a U.S. Navy major surface combatant shipbuilding program office near the Washington Navy Yard. The analyst will supervise a team of financial analysts across the full PPBE cycle, including budget formulation, justification, POM and audit readiness. Hybrid work with on-site duties at the program office and occasional travel are required; U.S. citizenship and active security clearance are mandatory.
