Novaris Search are currently partnered with an established Ophthalmology group, seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the Southwest region. This role will require candidates to be based in or relocate to the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Own regional financial and operational performance for 25+ Ophthalmic clinics & ASC's, driving delivery against growth, revenue, and efficiency targets
- Partner with senior clinical and executive leaders to execute strategy and enhance provider engagement and outcomes
- Collaborate with the Medical team, fostering & strengthening physician alignment.
- Lead multi-site operations, improving performance, streamlining processes, and maintaining high-quality service delivery
- Build and scale leadership capability while supporting workforce planning and expansion initiatives
Requirements:- 3+ years Ophthalmology experience required
- Masters or Bachelors preferred
- Experience in Senior leadership or having accountability for a large P&L / volume of locations
