Director, Solar & Storage Site Development

Redwood Materials is seeking a Director for Powered Land Development to build and lead the function from the ground up. You will source, evaluate, and advance solar/storage sites, manage permitting, engage communities, and secure site control, while partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Legal. You will develop financial models, tracking tools, and repeatable processes to convert opportunities into bankable projects, traveling across markets and collaborating with landowners and officials.
