- Full time Role
- Pay rate: $55k/annum to $60k/ Annum
Responsibilities:- Set up, operate, and adjust distillation equipment to purify organic chemicals.
- Operate heating, cooling, vacuum, pressure, pumps, piping, and valve systems.
- Perform GC analysis to evaluate distillation cuts and final product quality.
- Weigh, mix, transport, and pump chemical materials safely and accurately.
- Monitor process parameters to maintain product quality, yield, and consistency.
- Maintain accurate production, safety, inventory, and training records.
- Follow all environmental, health, safety, and company procedures.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in distillation or chemical processing.
- Knowledge of distillation principles and analytical chemistry.
- Hands-on experience with distillation equipment and GC analysis.
- Knowledge of piping and valve operations.
- Ability to perform molar calculations and use metric/U.S. measurements.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and problem-solving skills.
