Location: Spring Lake, MI
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Mill Operator to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce quality parts according to specifications while maintaining production efficiency and safety standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a CNC Mill Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
Load and unload materials and finished parts from machines.
Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and measurements.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
In addition, you will be expected to assist with general production tasks and communicate any quality or equipment concerns to supervisors.
What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience operating CNC mills is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
Skills:
Basic understanding of machining processes and measuring tools.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
