We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grinder Operator to join our team at our Pineville 2 Molding Plant, Pineville, NC. This role reports to the Process Supervisor and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $24.76 an hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off), 6:30 PM 6:30 AMBi-weekly pay

Core Responsibilities:- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies
- Wear required PPE and participate in safety programs
- Report safety concerns, hazards, and incidents promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
