Founding Revenue Strategy & Operations
About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Revenue Strategy & Operations leader to help build the operating system behind a rapidly growing revenue organization. This is not a pure CRM administration role. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Client Sales to create visibility into performance, identify where the GTM engine is breaking down, and design the systems and processes needed to scale effectively. You should be equally comfortable getting hands-on in HubSpot and stepping back to reason through bigger business questions: Where are we losing opportunities? What should we measure? How should teams work together? What needs to change as the company grows? This is a founding role with meaningful runway to grow into a broader RevOps, GTM Operations, or Revenue Strategy leadership position.
What You’ll Do:- Own and improve the GTM operating system across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Client SalesBuild clear reporting, dashboards, and performance visibility across the funnel, pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion
- Partner with leadership to turn business questions into clear analysis, recommendations, and execution plans
- Identify gaps in process, ownership, data quality, and systems, then develop practical solutions
- Lead hands-on HubSpot work across CRM structure, lifecycle stages, workflows, automation, reporting, lead routing, data hygiene, and integrations
- Improve forecasting, pipeline management, territory and account processes, and cross-functional handoffs
- Help establish the metrics, operating cadence, and planning processes that support a rapidly scaling business
- Work closely with commercial leaders to ensure GTM decisions are grounded in accurate data and clear business logic
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or a related function
- Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment, ideally at the Series A or Series B stage
- Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience; you are comfortable building, diagnosing, and improving systems yourself
- Proven ability to think beyond the CRM and connect systems, process, and data to commercial outcomes
- Experience supporting multiple GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success / Account Management, or Partnerships
- Strong analytical and business judgment, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and form a thoughtful point of view
- Clear and concise communicator who can explain findings, recommendations, and plans to both executives and operators
- Humble, low-ego, highly collaborative, and willing to challenge existing ways of working constructively
- Comfortable moving quickly, taking ownership, and building without a fully established playbook
What Success Looks Like:
In your first several months, you will develop a clear view of how the GTM organization operates today, identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve it, and begin building the systems, reporting, and processes that give leadership confidence in how the business is scaling. You’ll become a trusted thought partner to the commercial team: someone who can move between strategic planning and hands-on execution, bringing clarity to complex problems and helping the business make better decisions.
