Responsibilities:
Reconciliation&Audit Reconciledailycash, creditcard, andmerchantservicedepositstosystem-generatedsalesreports(retailande-commerce). Performmanualreconciliationsbetweenretailsystems, SAP, andmerchantserviceprovidersforUSandCanada. Investigateandresolvevariancesbetweenrecordedsalesandactualreceipts; escalateunusualdiscrepanciesasneeded. Maintainandclearsub-cashaccounts(511*), ensuringpropermappingandjournalentryaccuracy. Completehigh-volumebankandsub-ledgerreconciliations, includingheaviere-commercereconciliationworkloads. Store&Cross-Functional SupportCommunicatewithstoremanagersregardingdiscrepancies, missingdocumentation, andregistervariances. Provideclear, professionalguidancetoensuretimelyissueresolutionandimproveddocumentationaccuracy. Collaboratewithaccountingleadershiptorefineprocessesoncecoreresponsibilitiesaremastered. Month-End, Year-End&Audit Assistwithmonth-endcloseactivities, includingjournalentriesandaccountreconciliations. Supportyear-endcloseandauditpreparationthroughdocumentationgatheringandschedulemaintenance.
Experience:
1-3yearsofgeneralaccounting&reconciliationsexperience. Retailormulti-locationexperienceaplus. SAPorsimilarERPexperiencestronglypreferred; e-commercereconciliationexperiencebeneficial. Technical
Skills: Advanced
Excel(pivottables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliationtemplates). Strongreconciliationandhigh-volumetransactionalaccountingskills. AbilitytoworkacrossPOSsystems, ERPplatforms, andmerchantserviceportalspreferred.
Compensation:
