ASRS Maintenance Mechanic Assistant
Overview
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot electrical issues on the ASRSTroubleshoot mechanical issues on the ASRS.Ability to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components and advanced automation controls systems.
Qualifications:- Able to use power tools
- Able to follow instruction according to the SOP.Must be able to understand the various levels of automation and the associated systems integration and standards
- Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with departmental staff, both written and verbal
- Leadership and motivate skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be legally able to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
- Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work overtime when required.
Education and experience:
Technical/vocational degree. An ASRS mechanic should have 1 year of experience and/or a mechanical background.
