Fundraising Coordinator Raleigh, NC | Full-Time | In-PersonBe Part of the Change You Want to See. At Lega Nova Group, we work with established brands and nonprofit organizations to create meaningful connections through direct, face-to-face engagement. We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to develop professionally while supporting the missions of accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. This is a fully onsite position based in our Raleigh office, so candidates must live in or around the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle and be able to reliably commute to the office.
The Opportunity:
As a Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll work alongside a team to represent nonprofit partners, connect with members of the community, and help increase awareness and support for important causes.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Representing established nonprofit brands in face-to-face settings
- Engaging and communicating with members of the community
- Educating the public about nonprofit missions and initiatives
- Supporting donor acquisition and fundraising campaigns
- Developing communication, leadership, and professional skills
- Participating in hands-on training, coaching, and team development

Previous experience in nonprofit organizations or fundraising is a bonus, but not required. We provide campaign-specific cross-training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
