Textile Plant Manager: Lead Safety, Quality & Innovation

PEPL’s Lavonia, GA manufacturing facility seeks a Plant Manager to lead daily operations, set goals, and drive performance across safety, quality, and delivery. You will coordinate across Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, and Finance to maximize uptime, reduce waste, and meet customer commitments. The role requires strong leadership, plant budgeting, and a track record of improving safety, productivity, and cost efficiency in a large, high‑volume environment.
