Construction Manager A construction management and project management firm is seeking a Construction Manager to help them deliver building envelope projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You'll oversee new and existing construction projects from start to finish at their Honolulu, HI office. Your Day Includes Overseeing construction on site, including field reviews, daily reports, and quality control Managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and invoices Coordinating contractors, consultants, and technicians to keep work on track Reviewing plans, specifications, and building envelope details Serving as the main contact for clients and handling construction administration and correspondence
