About the Position:
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves video, social media, storytelling, and creating engaging content. You will be responsible for filming and editing a variety of content, including videos for real estate agents, social media content, YouTube videos, and podcasts. You will also play an important role in coming up with new content ideas and helping us continue to grow our digital presence.
Schedule:
This is a Monday-Friday, 40-hour-per-week position.
This is not a traditional 9-5 job. Because real estate and content creation don't always happen during traditional business hours, the schedule will occasionally include early mornings, evenings, and weekends when filming or events require it.

- Creative and passionate about video and content creation
- Experienced with filming and video editing

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable about YouTube, Instagram, Reels, and current social media trends
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and collaborating with others
- Willing to bring new ideas and continuously look for ways to improve our content
