You will support the payroll processing and ensure its accuracy. The ideal candidate will have previous onsite, large volume, payroll experience. This is an onsite, full-time, direct-hire position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays and vacation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance, policies and procedures for payroll processing
- Apply and maintain schedules for hourly employees
- Audit department timesheets
- Review daily attendance and vacation days - maintain accurate pay
- Enter new hourly employee information in Paycor
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Must have onsite payroll experience
- Payroll experience with a large volume is preferred (200+ employees)
- Experience with Paycor software is preferred
- Strong Data entry and record keeping skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 20 pounds
