Dietitian - Flexible Full Time or Part Time

Travel: Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Typical rotation: ~ Every Monday and Friday – Osceola ~Provide individualized nutrition counseling and wellness coaching Educate patients on healthy eating, weight management and disease-specific nutrition Provide diabetes nutrition education and counseling to patients and families Use motivational interviewing to help patients identify and achieve realistic goals Partner with onsite medical providers to support patient care plans Help create awareness of available wellness services and resources Develop educational and promotional materials for wellness programs and events Provide face-to-face and telephone support to patients Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance ~Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays ~ License, Certification and CME Reimbursement ~ Collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment ~ My Health Onsite provides employer-sponsored health and wellness services designed to make healthcare more accessible, proactive and personal.
