APPLY NOWWe are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our plastic film product line. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service, smooth order management, and successful project coordination from initial inquiry through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for customers and vendors
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-up communication
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist with pricing, order status, and shipment updates
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Build strong customer relationships and support account growth
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service, order management, or account support experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience is a plusERP/SAP experience is a plus
- Hybrid opportunity with occasional travel.
