URGENT: Volunteer Videographer Needed — Heartline Classic
Help capture Center for the Heart's inaugural Heartline Classic on Monday, October 19, 2026, at Cedar Hill Golf & Country Club in Livingston, New Jersey. Center for the Heart supports individuals and families navigating end-of-life experiences, caregiving, and grief. We are seeking a volunteer videographer to document this community fundraising event, from activity on the golf course through the reception and speeches.
What You Will Capture:
Golfers in action, foursomes, and candid moments around the course.
Guests, volunteers, sponsors, and the atmosphere throughout the event.
Complete recordings of the speeches with clear audio.
Reception highlights and guest interactions.
We are especially interested in coverage from the beginning of the event through the reception. If you can cover only part of the day, please share your availability so we can coordinate coverage. Exact hours, the shot list, file delivery, and any editing expectations will be agreed in advance.
Who Should Apply:
Videographers, film students, and experienced content creators who are comfortable filming a live event. Please have access to your own camera, batteries, storage, and audio equipment suitable for recording speeches. This role focuses on video; photography is a separate opportunity.
What Is Included:
This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity with a complimentary reception ticket, practical live-event experience, and the opportunity to meet local supporters, business owners, and community members. You are welcome to tag Center for the Heart when sharing approved event work afterward. We will coordinate sharing permissions with you to respect attendees' media preferences. Please respond promptly with your availability on October 19, examples of your work, and the equipment you can bring, including your audio setup.
