Blow Mold Operator:
Perrysburg, Ohio$17.50/HR - Paid Weekly1st shift 6 am - 2:30 pm2nd shift 2 pm - 10:30 pm3rd shift 10 pm - 6:30 amWe are hiring Blow Mold Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. This is a hands-on production position responsible for operating blow molding equipment, inspecting finished products, and helping maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate blow molding machines to manufacture plastic products according to specifications.
Monitor and adjust machine controls, including timing and temperature settings.
Operate valves controlling water flow and air pressure.
Monitor the molding process to ensure proper operation.
Remove finished products from molds and perform visual quality inspections.
Trim excess material from finished products using appropriate tools.
Scrap and regrind excess material according to established procedures.
Keep machines and surrounding production areas clean and organized.
Maintain adequate materials and supplies at the machine and replenish as needed.
Follow all established safety, quality and production procedures.
Report equipment, quality or production concerns to supervision.
What We're Looking For:- Previous manufacturing or blow molding experience is preferred.
- Ability to learn machine setup and operating procedures.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a production environment.
- Ability to stand and concentrate for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly bend, stoop, reach and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. (SCHÜTZ)
