My firm is working with a growing Fintech company who is looking for a VP of Operations to lead a growing consumer finance business. You will oversee customer service, collections, recoveries, payment operations, operational support functions, and vendors
Responsibilities:
- Customer experience/Customer Satisfaction
- Collections and recovery performance.
- Payment performance, processes, systems, and vendor relationships.
- Operational execution, efficiency & scalability.
Experience:
- Proven senior leadership experience in consumer finance, fintech, lending, servicing, collections or payments
- Success leading customer-facing operations and developing high-performing teams
- Data-driven using root-cause analysis
- Experience improving operational performance and managing vendors**This role is onsite
