REPORTING STRUCTUREThis role of Construction Project Superintendent is based out of Glendale Heights, IL and reports to the Vice President/Director Field Operations.

Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Project. Willingness and ability to learn new software products used for projects. Sound integrity and professional ethics. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and complete projects on time. Ensure compliance to standards, timelines, and quality. Familiarity with trades and labor.
