APPLY NOWFirm Advice has been in business for over 25 years and enjoys a stellar reputation. We provide corporations and law firms with attorneys and other legal professionals, including paralegals and contract and compliance professionals. We are conducting a search to add a recruiter to our team with strong experience independently recruiting attorneys. Position is primarily remote, but candidate should be local to the D.C./Metro area. Compensation includes a base salary of $125,000 per year as well as a generous commission structure.
Responsibilities Include:
Partner with sales leads to understand details of positions.
Create job postings.
Creatively and efficiently source, prescreen, and identify qualified candidates for attorney positions.
Review resumes of applicants.
Timely and with empathy communicate with applicants and other potentially interested individuals.
Interface daily with sales leads regarding candidate pool and offer suggestions on excellent matches for open positions.
Conduct reference checks, verify credentials, and work with third parties to obtain background check and drug screens.
Prepare and send contracts.
Maintain candidate databases and status tracking systems.
Requirements:
- J.D. degree is strongly preferred, or additional work experience.
- Local to the D.C./Metro area.6 plus years' strong recruiting experience; ability to recruit attorneys independently
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
- Business development experience is not required, but employee will be supported in that endeavor if desired.
- Enjoy working with and desire to help people.
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
