Field Service Copier Tech - Entry Level Training Provided

What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction office equipment Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Provide professional technical support at customer locations Communicate with customers to identify problems and provide solutions Manage your daily service schedule while working independently

What We're Looking For: Experience or interest in computers, electronics, printers, copiers, or technology Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to learn new technology and processes Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and good driving record Experience in copier repair, printer repair, IT support, computer repair, electronics, networking, automotive diagnostics, or other technical troubleshooting is a plus.
