Production Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 26.44 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
Supervise daily production operations, including molding, sanding, priming, finishing, and painting processes.
Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
Train employees on safety procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards.
Inspect products for quality and troubleshoot production or equipment issues as they arise.
Maintain production records, enforce safety requirements, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
Strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with dust, paint fumes, chemicals, and industrial noise.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots.
Basic computer skills required for production tracking, record-keeping, and workflow documentation.
