Key responsibilities include client delivery and quality oversight, managing client relationships and escalations, providing technical finance leadership, team management, and contributing to process improvement. The role demands a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to build structure from ambiguity, and a commercial mindset. Applicants for the VP, Client Delivery position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic finance for VC-backed companies, including experience with SaaS metrics, and a deep understanding of US GAAP. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing mid-to-large teams, including full people-leadership responsibility, is required. The role also calls for a candidate with a commercial thinker approach, experience in client delivery at a professional services or consulting firm, and a background in early-stage, VC-backed companies. The ability to build and scale service offerings, as well as experience with AI tools in finance workflows, is a plus.
