Quality Control Director - Animal Health Lab

Actalent is seeking a Quality Control Director for our Ames, IA site. The role leads the QC department, provides strategic direction, and ensures all testing meets USDA and 9 CFR requirements in an animal health lab environment. You will supervise the QC team, guide method development, perform bench assays when needed, and drive continuous improvement in procedures, documentation, and data integrity to release safe, compliant products.
