Senior Electrochemical Systems Engineer: Pilot Lead

BlueShift is seeking a Senior Engineer to own electrochemical cell and stack development from bench to pilot skid. This hands-on technical leadership role spans cell design, testing, materials selection, fabrication and system integration. You will work directly with the CEO and advisor, and you will recruit and lead the engineering team as it grows, with the path to Chief Engineer for demonstrated leadership in an early-stage startup.
