Plant Maintenance Technician I

Maintain and repair production equipment and facility assets at a food manufacturing plant. Perform preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues, document work in a computerized maintenance system, and follow safety and food safety procedures. The role involves physical work in production areas and requires overtime, weekends, or holidays as requested. Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues. Use hand, power, and precision tools to complete maintenance tasks. Read and follow work instructions, schematics, manuals, and safety procedures. Document maintenance work and equipment conditions in a computerized maintenance system. Support food safety, housekeeping, and facility safety standards.
