When you join The Home Depot, you join a team that takes care of our people. Interested? Here’s what we’re looking for: You are passionate about development and create learning solutions from a “learner-back” perspective by applying instructional design and adult learning principles. You have experience with all phases of the course creation lifecycle, including analysis, design, and development. You have a track record of using innovative approaches and leveraging AI in both your workflow and your designs. You have experience working within Agile Learning Development or the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) environments. You are self-driven, collaborative, resourceful, and excellent at project management. You are a trusted consultant and partner with strong communication skills.
