Remote | United StatesCATCHES is building the next generation of technology for the fashion industry. We're NVIDIA's official Independent Software Vendor (ISV) for fashion, backed by investors including Antoine Arnault, Natalia Vodianova and Sarah Willersdorf, former Head of Luxury at Boston Consulting Group. Our founding team includes simulation PhDs from Disney and Pixar, with a presence in London and New York. Our technology brings together physics-based simulation and AI to transform how fashion brands create, present and sell their products. From virtual try-on and AI-generated photography to agentic commerce, we're building solutions that help retailers improve conversion, reduce returns and deliver exceptional digital experiences. We're already working with leading fashion brands and retailers including AMIRI and THE OUTNET, with a growing pipeline of opportunities across the global luxury and fashion markets.
The opportunity:
We're looking for an Account Executive to help accelerate our commercial growth across the US and international markets. You'll join at an exciting stage, working directly with our founders and leadership team to turn a strong pipeline of introductions and commercial opportunities into long-term customer relationships. This isn't a traditional cold outbound sales role. We already have an established network of founders, investors and industry partners generating introductions to some of the world's most recognisable fashion brands. Your focus will be on building those relationships, understanding customer needs, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and turning opportunities into signed business. You'll also play an important role in shaping how we sell, helping build the processes, playbooks and commercial foundations for our next stage of growth.
What you'll be doing:
Own the full sales cycle, from initial introduction and discovery through to negotiation, contract signature and handover.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across luxury fashion brands, retailers and ecommerce businesses.
Lead product demonstrations, commercial discussions and proof-of-concept engagements, working closely with our technical and product teams.
Develop compelling business cases that connect our technology to commercial outcomes, including conversion, returns and customer experience.
Manage your pipeline, maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide reliable sales forecasts.
Work directly with the founders and leadership team to refine our go-to-market strategy, pricing and sales processes.
Represent CATCHES at selected industry events and build new opportunities through your own network.
What we're looking for:
Experience selling into fashion, luxury, retail or ecommerce businesses, ideally with an established network of industry relationships.4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, with a track record of closing complex commercial deals.
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders, including ecommerce and digital leaders, technology executives and commercial decision-makers.
Experience managing pilots, proof-of-concepts or technical evaluations through to commercial agreements.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach. You'll be comfortable operating independently, navigating ambiguity and helping build processes as we grow.
Experience in AI, ecommerce technology, personalisation or conversion optimisation would be particularly interesting, as would experience working in an early-stage technology company.
What we offer:
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
Equity participation through our share options programme.
An established pipeline of warm introductions to leading global fashion brands.
The opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, fashion and commerce.
Direct access to our founders and meaningful influence over our commercial strategy.
Remote working across the US, with international travel and opportunities to collaborate with our teams in London and New York.
Health benefits, retirement provision and paid time off.
Interested?
If you're commercially driven, understand the fashion industry and want to help bring genuinely differentiated technology to some of the world's leading brands, we'd love to hear from you.
