PE Tax Sub-Doc & Transfer Associate, Client-Facing

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Washington, DC seeks an off-track associate to join our Tax Department's subscription agreement/transfer review team. You will review, negotiate and track tax portions of investor subscriptions and transfer documents for private equity sponsor clients. This client-facing role requires a J.D. and DC or NY Bar admission (pending acceptable), some tax-law knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Excel.
