APPLY NOWLeading a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Supervisor will coach and motivate staff to achieve sales and performance goals while fostering a positive and results-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities:
Motivate and develop a team to exceed sales, conversion, and productivity goals
Create an engaging sales environment through contests, challenges, and recognition activities
Monitor performance and provide coaching to enhance sales skills and behaviorsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years of supervisory experience in inbound/outbound call center sales
Experience in telesales with a focus on improving lead conversion rates
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse personalities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management of daily operations
