This includes trim fasteners; fuel supply, springs, fuel cut valves, fuel pump brackets, and interior auto trim partsPlastic injection molding, metal stamping, wire bending, and assembly100+ Injection molding machines, progressive stamping machines, and heat treatPP, Acetal, Nylon, PC-ABS, and TPEBachelor's Degree (BSME) Manufacturing background (preferably automotive) Speak Japanese 2-5 years of experience with Injection molding and or Metal Stamping (preferably automotive) Project Management skills to manage projects from quotation to implementationProcessing knowledge to manage Tooling trialsFamiliar with APQP processAny CAD/CATIA experience is a plusManage tooling projects from design through mass productionDesigning and building fixtures (10% CAD time) Involved with the tool design reviewOversee the tool build from preproduction into mass productionTroubleshoot production issues as they relate to the toolingWork with tool shop or outsourcing once the tool is designedManage all preproduction eventsManager of Manufacturing EngineeringNon-Exempt
