What You'll Do: Set up and operate various production machines following established procedures and guidelines Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate manufacturing Perform inspections and measure parts using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to maintain quality standards Adjust machine settings to meet precise specifications and ensure timely completion of tasks Uphold safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your teammates Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety policies Required Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders Proficiency in measuring parts with micrometers, calipers, and other gauging tools Strong attention to detail and dexterity Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Commitment to safety and quality standards Nice to Have Skills: Experience with specific manufacturing equipment or machinery Basic troubleshooting skills Familiarity with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is a plus Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible shifts or overtime if needed Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area Step into a role where precision meets opportunityapply now and be part of a team dedicated to manufacturing excellence!
