APPLY NOWNow Hiring – Property Damage Estimator - Full-TimeWe’re seeking a Property Damage Estimator to inspect, estimate, and manage residential and commercial property damage claims involving fire, water, wind, and collision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and prepare accurate estimates
- Work with insurance representatives, TPAs, and property owners
- Manage multiple time-sensitive claims and maintain detailed job documentation
- Apply knowledge of construction and property restoration methods
- Provide compassionate, professional customer service
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Must Have:
- 2–4 years of construction estimating or related field experience
- Construction knowledge; estimating experience preferred
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
- Ability to work on active/damaged job sites and travel within the region
- No felony convictions
Preferred:
- Xactimate experience
- Property reconstruction/restoration experienceIICRC certifications
- Training: Construction professionals interested in moving into estimating are encouraged to apply — training is available for the right candidate.
