Director of Certification: Unmanned Aircraft & Regulatory Strategy

Poseidon Aerospace seeks a Director of Certification to own the airworthiness strategy for unmanned, runway-independent cargo platforms. You will define regulatory pathways, align engineering, flight test, and operations to create credible evidence and maintain program velocity. You will lead FAA engagements, shape certification plans, translate requirements into engineering tasks, and mentor a growing certification team as the program scales.
