Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. We continue to brew/batch many styles of beer, seltzer, and soda in addition to Asahi Super Dry. Our cellar department alone is 30 brewers strong, running production around the clock across five shifts.
