Summary:
HBC Service Co, aGiant Eagle warehouse in Washington, PA, carries a variety ofproducts that keep our store shelves stocked including all health, beauty, and wellness items. It has a piece pick area where smallindividual products are picked to ship to stores; and a case pickarea where Team Members use forklifts, pallet jacks, and otherequipment to pick the order. This facility is responsible forselection and distribution of these products to all company storelocations. Warehouse Selectors are responsiblefor the safe, accurate and efficient selection of damage freeproduct. Compensation:

JobResponsibilitiesMust havethe ability to count. Accurately select product by matching slot numbers and productdescriptions using a voice-activated warehouse managementsystem. Lift and carrycases of up to 100 lbs. from pick slots and place them ontopallets; cases must be lifted from floor level, shoulder level andoverhead. Meet and maintainestablished productivitystandards. Constructsturdy, balanced pallet loads from various sizes and weights ofcases for damage-freeshipping. Shrink-wrap andstage completed pallets of selected product in proper shippinglanes for loading. Communicate with supervisors regarding safety, equipment, damagedgoods, and any problems or issues that mayarise. Have flexibility inscheduling and availability to work the times, shifts, days, andovertime as necessary to meet the company's productionneeds. Adhere to allcompany policies, procedures and safety rules, including safeoperation of equipment and helping to maintain a clean, safeworking environment. Appropriately follow food safetyprocedures. Perform othermiscellaneous duties in the warehouse as needed andassigned.
