We are seeking a Consulting Automation Analyst to support our Automation Center of Excellence (COE). This senior-level consultant will lead enterprise automation initiatives, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and drive process improvements through innovative automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver enterprise automation projects.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation workflows and scripts.
Establish automation standards, best practices, and documentation.
Monitor KPIs and measure the value and performance of automation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert in automation.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Development, or Business/Systems Analysis.
Strong experience with automation design, scripting, process improvement, and SDLC methodologies.
Knowledge of GitHub/version control, requirements gathering, documentation, and production support.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI, Machine Learning, AIOps, or Data Science.
Knowledge of Six Sigma, process optimization, and enterprise architecture.
Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
