Supporting AgCentric's policy accounting function, the full-time Premium Accounting Analyst will apply premium payments, initiate claim and commission payment records, and reconcile bank accounts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Apply premium payments to policy records within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Initiate claim and commission payment records based on system data and established procedures
Reconcile bank accounts regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies in coordination with the finance teamRequired qualificationsAssociate degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support preferred
MPCI or agricultural insurance industry experience is a plus
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
